الظروف الاجتماعية للمرأة العاملة وأثرها على المسار الوظيفي

Abstract

هدفت من خلال هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على الظروف الاجتماعية للمرأة العاملة بكل ما فيها من ظروف تتعلق بعادات وتقاليد المجتمع والعائلية والتنظيمية وأثرها على المسار الوظيفي للمرأة العاملة حيث أخذت من موظفات المؤسسة العمومية للصحة الجوارية بأدرار نموذجا للدراسة وتم أخذ عينة 75 عاملة من مجتمع بحث يتكون من 483 عاملة بطريقة قصدية، ولتحقيق هدف هذه الدراسة قمت بتوزيع 85 استمارة على المبحوثات وتم استرجاع 75 إستمارة قابلة للتحليل باستخدام برنامج المعالجة الإحصائية في العلوم الاجتماعية SPSS. واهم النتائج المتحصل عليها : تعاني المرأة العاملة من أزمة الوقت بين العمل والمنزل وهذا ما يجهدها ويعود عليها وعلى صحتها بالسلب. تعاني المرأة العاملة من عدم توفر دور حضانة لتأمين أطفالها. تعاني المرأة من بعض القوانين التنظيمية داخل المؤسسة . لتختتم الدراسة بتقديم بعض النصائح والمقترحات التي من شأنها الدفع بالمرأة العاملة لما يخدم المجتمع دون إلحاق الضرر بها .

Through this study, the aim of this study was to identify the social conditions of working women, with all their circumstances related to the customs and traditions of the society, family and organization, and their impact on the career path of working women. 483 workers in an intentional way, and to achieve the goal of this study, I distributed 85 forms to the respondents, and 75 forms were retrieved that can be analyzed using the Statistical Processing Program in Social Sciences SPSS. The most important results obtained: The working woman suffers from a time crisis between work and home, and this is what stresses her and negatively affects her and her health. Working women suffer from the lack of nurseries to secure their children. Women suffer from some organizational laws within the institution. To conclude the study by providing some advice and suggestions that would push the working woman to serve the community without harming her.
