التناول الإعلامي لأزمة كورونا في الصحافة المغاربية المكتوبة

Abstract

تناولت هذه الدراسة موضوع تناول الصحافة المغاربية لأزمة كورونا دراسة مقارنة بين صحيفة الصباح التونسية وصحيفة الشروق الجزائرية. واستخدمت المنهج المسحي المقارن. معتمدين على عينة من الصحيفتين من 01 نوفمبر إلى 15 ديسمبر 2020. تناولنا في الجانب النظري من هذه الدراسة مدخل مفاهيمي حول الأزمة إدارة الأزمات والإعلام الصحي وأزمة كوروناـ لنشكل أرضية لفهم علاقة الإعلام بالأزمات وكيفية إدارتها. منوهين إلى دور الإعلام الصحي في التوعية والتثقيف والتحسيس بالأمراض والأوبئة بمثال ذلك الأزمة التي تتناولها دراستنا. خلصت الدراسة إلى وجود اهتمام بالموضوع من جانب كل صحيفة وذلك من خلال المساحة التي خصصتها كل صحيفة لمعالجة الموضوع ومن خلال موقع المادة الخبرية. واختلفت من ناحية الأنواع الصحفية لكن كليهما ركزا في المقام الأول على الأنواع الصحفية الخبرية. كما وتنوعت مصادرها. وتشابهت مضامينها واللغة المستخدمة والوظيفة التي ركزتا هما الإثنين على وظيفة الإخبار.

This study dealt with the issue of the Maghreb press dealing with the Corona crisis, a comparative study between the Tunisian Al-Sabah newspaper and the Algerian newspaper of Al-Shuruq. The comparative survey approach was used. Based on a sample of the two newspapers from 01 November to 15 December 2020. In the theoretical aspect of this study, we have addressed a conceptual approach on crisis management, health information, and the Coronas crisis to form a platform for understanding the media's relationship with crises and how to manage them. They referred to the role of health information in raising awareness, education, and sensitization about diseases and epidemics as the crisis that our studies are dealing with. The study concluded that there is interest in the subject matter by each newspaper through the space allocated by each newspaper to deal with the subject matter and through the site of the laboratory material. There were different types of journalism, but both focused primarily on press releases. Its sources have also been diversified. Their contents, language used, and function was similar, and they focused on the news function.
