دور الصحافة الإلكترونية في التعريف بتراث المخطوط بالجنوب الجزائري

Abstract

يعالج موضوع المذكرة المخطوط بالجنوب الجزائري وكيفية التعريف به عن طريق الصحافة الالكترونية ، في دراسة وصفية لبعض المخطوطات المتعلقة بولايـــــــــــة أدرار بأقاليمها الثــلاث: ( قورارة توات تيديكلت) . إن المخطوط يعتبر إرث حضاري يعني بكل ما هو تراث مادي واللامادي لأمم سابقة ،أو بالأحرى لفترة أو زمن مضى ، وهذا لضرورة حتمية متمثل في العقود (زواج، أراضي، عقود البيع ، أنساب ،فلك ، دين.....وغيرها). وعليـه وجب المحافظة على هذا الإرث المتمثل في المخطوط: 1) ضرورة التغطية الإعلامية الخاصة بقضايا التراث (المخطوط). 2) تأسيس قناة إعلامية خاصة بالمخطوط الجزائري يشمل كل المخطوطات المتعلقة بالجزائر سواءا كانت بالداخل أو الخارج (كملف الذاكرة)، وهذا لمعرفة العدد الحقيقي لمخطوطات الجزائر قصد تقنينها وتصنيفها وفق معايير تقنية وعلمية حديثة ، لقديمها للأجيال القادمة.

The subject of the manuscript note in southern Algeria and how to introduce it through electronic journalism is dealt with in a descriptive study of some manuscripts related to the state of Adrar in its three provinces: (Qurara Tout Tediklet). The manuscript is considered a cultural heritage that means all that is a material and material heritage of previous nations, or rather for a period or a time before, and this is an imperative of contracts (marriage, land, sales contracts, genealogy astronomy, religion..... And others). This legacy of manuscript: 1) the need for media coverage of heritage issues (manuscript) must therefore be preserved. 2) The establishment of a media channel for the Algerian manuscript that includes all manuscripts related to Algeria, whether inside or outside (such as the memory file), to find out the true number of Algerian manuscripts in order to codify them and classify them according to modern technical and scientific standards, for their age for future generations.
