دور الإعلام التنموي في تمكين المرأة الريفية من العمل في إطار قانوني

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على دور الإعلام التنموي في تمكين المرأة الريفية من العمل في إطار قانوني من خلال التعرف على الإعلام التنموي وخصائصه ووظائفه والتعرف على وسائل الإعلام وكذا التخطيط الإعلامي للتنمية، كما عرضت الدراسة عمل المرأة الريفية وإطارها القانوني والتمكين الاقتصادي لها ومساهمتها الاقتصادية والمعوقات التي تعترض نجاح عملها، حاولت الدراسة معالجة إشكالية البحث من خلال دراسة تطبيقية اعتمدت على أداة المقابلة مع المعنيين بإصدار وتطبيق البرامج المرتبطة بنشاطات المرأة الريفية. توصلت الدراسة إلى أن الإعلام يساهم في الدفع باتجاه تحقيق التنمية، عمل المرأة الريفية يسهم في الأمن الغذائي حيث أن الدولة أصدرت نصوص قانونية منظمة لعمل المرأة الريفية. حيث أكد من تم مقابلتهم على توفير مرافقة وبرامج تنموية عبر التراب الوطني ومتابعة تنفيذها، كما أكدوا على أن تمكين المرأة الريفية عملية ضرورية لمساهمتها في تحقيق التنمية المحلية، وأوصت الدراسة بضرورة تحديد أهداف الخطة الإعلامية المتصلة بقضايا التنمية وتبني وسائل الإعلام للقضايا التنموية.

This study aims to identify the role of the development media in enabling rural women to work within a legal framework by identifying the development media, its characteristics and functions, and acquaintance with the media as well as media planning for development. The study also presented the work of rural women, their legal framework, economic empowerment, their economic contribution and the obstacles that they face. Interfering with the success of its work, the study attempted to address the research problem through an applied study that relied on the interview tool with those concerned with the issuance and implementation of programs related to the activities of rural women. The study concluded that the media contributes to pushing towards achieving development, the work of rural women contributes to food security, as the state has issued legal texts regulating the work of rural women. The interviewees emphasized the provision of accompaniment and development programs across the national territory and the follow-up of their implementation. They also emphasized that empowering rural women is a necessary process for their contribution to achieving local development. The study recommended the need to define the objectives of the media plan related to development issues and the adoption of the media for development issues.
