أثر السياق في الأحكام الأصولية

Abstract

تناولت في موضوع مذكرتي المعنونة بأثر السياق في الأحكام الأصولية- النسخ في القرآن نموذجا-الذي يتمثل في تعريف السياق وأهميته وخطورة إهماله، حيث توصلت إلى أن السياق يُعد من أهم المباحث التي اهتم بها العلماء والأصوليون والفقهاء وغيرهم...الخ، فهو يعتبر أهم ركيزة من ركائز الدلالة وثمرة من ثمرات اللسانيات، كما يزيل اللبس عن الكلمات والنصوص، ومن أهميته تبيين دلالات الألفاظ، فبدونه تبقى الكلمات مقفلة و النص والجمل في حالة من الغموض، ولا يفهم معنى الكلمة أو الجملة إلا بوصلها بالتي قبلها أو بالتي بعدها داخل إطار السياق، وبه نستعين بتفسير القرآن الكريم من الناحية الأصولية وغيرها مثل: آية النسخ، فمثلا آية "ما ننسخ من آية أو ننسها" عند تفسيرها من ناحية السياق نجد هناك اختلاف بين الأصوليين ، هناك من يقول أنها آية قرآنية منهم الطبري وابن كثير والقرطبي... وهناك من يرى بأنها آية كونية منهم محمد عبده والغزالي.
