نظرية السلم بين الشريعة الاسلامية والقانون الدول

Abstract

سلم قيمة إنسانية حاولنا من خلال هذه المذكرة ابراز هذه النظرية واسسها القانونية والشرعية من خلال هذه المذكرة فقد تم دراستها عبر ثلاثة مباحث تناولت المفهوم والاسس والضوابط فتوصلنا الى جملة من النتائج تمحورت حول تاكيد على ان السلم ضرورة شرعية وليس مجرد حق قانوني.

Peace is a human value. Through this memorandum, we tried to highlight this theory and its legal and legal foundations. Through this memorandum, it was studied through three sections that dealt with the concept, foundations and controls.
