Abstract

إن التحول الجنسي يعد ظاهرة اجتماعية يشهدها العالم الحالي في ظل هذه التغيرات والتطورات على جميع الأصعدة، مما نجد أنه سبب من أسباب حدوث ظاهرة تحول الذكر إلى أنثى والعكس، وقد تكون ناتجة عن أسباب متعددة منها أسباب عضوية ومنها أسباب نفسية،فالشريعة الإسلامية لم تهمل أي جانب من هذه الأمور فقد اعتنت بهذه الظاهرة المسماة في الفقه القديم بالخنثى سواء المشكل وغير المشكل، فقد بينت موقفها وحكامها والآثار المترتبة عنها من ناحية المعاملات والعبادات خاصة.
