دور الذكاء الاستراتيجي في تحسين الأداء المتميز لمنظمات الاعمال

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة الى توضيح دور الذكاء الاستراتيجي بأبعاده (الاستشراف، الرؤية المستقبلية، التفكير بمنطق النظم، الدافعية، الشراكة)، في تحسين الأداء المتميز بأبعاده (التميز في مجال الخدمات، التميز في مجال العمليات، التميز في المجال التنظيمي والإداري). ولقد استخدمت الاستبانة كوسيلة لجمع البيانات والمعلومات عن متغيرات الدراسة، إذ تم توزيعها على عينة شملت (70) إداريا موظفا على مستوى مؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر - المديرية الولائية تبسة - بجميع فروعها، خلال الفترة الزمنية الممتدة من 01/03/2020 الى غاية 25/03/2020. وتم استخدام برنامج التحليل الاحصائي Spss، وتم تحليل البيانات باستخدام مجموعة من الأدوات الإحصائية بالاعتماد على برامج حاسوبيةR، عن طريقة تحليل مسار المربعات الصغرى الجزئية باستخدام حزمة plspm على برنامج R. توصلت نتائج الدراسة الى وجود إثر إيجابي للذكاء الاستراتيجي على الأداء المتميز للمؤسسة محل الدراسة. وفي ضوء النتائج التي خلصت اليها الدراسة، قام الباحث باقتراح عددا من التوصيات من الممكن ان تساهم في تعزيز دور الذكاء الاستراتيجي في تحسين الأداء المتميز لمؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر.

The study aimed to clarify the role of strategic intelligence in its dimensions (foresight, future vision, thinking with the logic of systems, motivation, partnership), in improving the excellence performance in its dimensions (excellence in the field of services, excellence in the field of operations, excellence in the organizational and administrative field), and I used the questionnaire as a means To collect data and information about the study variables, as it was distributed to a sample that included (70) administrative employees at the level of Algeria Telecom - Tebessa State Directorate - with all its branches. During the period from 01/03/2020 to 25/03/2020. A statistical analysis program was used, spss was used, and the data were analyzed using a set of statistical tools based on R computer programs by the method of analyzing the partial least squares path using a plspm package on the R program. The results of the study found that there is a positive impact of strategic intelligence on the outstanding performance of the institution under study. In light of the findings of the study, the researcher suggested a number of recommendations that could contribute to enhancing the role of strategic intelligence in improving the excellence performance of Algeria Telecom.
