أثر نظام تخطيط الموارد على الأداء التشغيلي للمؤسسة

Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة الى التعرف على أثر نظام تخطيط الموارد E R P على الاداء التشغيلي للمؤسسة من خلال أبعاد نظام تخطيط الموارد الخمسة (الموارد المالية ، المخزون ، الموارد البشرية ، سلسلة الامداد ، قسم تكنولوجيا المعلومات)، حيث تكون مجتمع الدراسة من العمال المتواجدين بالخزينة العمومية لولاية أدرار ، وتم سحب عينة عشوائية من العمال مكونة من 50 مفردا ، واستخدمت الاستبانة كأداة رئيسية لجمع المعلومات ، حيث تم تحليلها بواسطة برنامج الحزم الاحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية S P S S*23 ، وقد التوصل الى انه توجد علاقة ارتباط من متوسطة الى قوية بين أبعاد نظام تخطيط الموارد والأداء التشغيلي ،وعليه فنظام تخطيط الموارد يؤثر على تحسين الأداء التشغيلي في المؤسسة محل الدراسة.

This study aimed to identify the impact of the ERP system on the operational performance of the organization through the five dimensions of the resource planning system (financial resources, inventory, human resources, supply chain, information technology department), where the study community consisted of workers in the public treasury. For the state of Adrar, a random sample of 50 workers was drawn, and the questionnaire was used as the main tool for collecting information, as it was analyzed by the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS*23) program, and it was concluded that there is a moderate to strong correlation between the dimensions of the resource planning system and operational performance, and therefore the resource planning system affects the improvement of operational performance in the organization under study.
