Abstract: تلعب تجارة المقايضة في المناطق الحدودية خاصة مع دولتي مالي والنيجر دورا مهما وفعال في الحياة الاقتصادية منذ أمد بعيد، وخاصة في ظل التنوع الاقتصادي الذي تشهده الدول السائرة في طريق النمو وخاصة الجزائر، وهدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على دور التدقيق التجاري في تفعيل تجارة المقايضة في الجنوب الجزائري. بعد استقلال الجزائر باشرت الدولة الحديثة إلى تقنين التبادلات التجارية العابرة لحدودها الجنوبية فأصدرت القرار الوزاري المشترك المؤرخ في 03 جوان 1968 (وزارة التجارة ووزارة المالية) لتنظيم تجارة المقايضة بين الجزائر ودولتي مالي والنيجر يليها صدور أول قرار وزاري مشترك خاص بكيفيات ممارسة تجارة المقايضة مع دولتي مالي والنيجر 14 ديسمبر 1994 مع ادراج القوائم المتعلقة بالمواد الخاضعة للتبادل والمعفية من الرسوم الجمركية. ولقد تم التوصل من خلال هذه الدراسة إلى أن تجارة المقايضة تعتبر ذات أبعاد استراتيجية تتمثل في تحقيق التنمية الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والسياسية والأمنية لهذه المناطق بالإضافة إلى تعزيز التعاون .
Barter trade in the border regions, especially with the countries of Mali and Niger, has played an important and effective role in economic life for a long time, especially in light of the economic diversity that is being promoted by the countries moving in the path of growth, especially Algeria. This study aimed to identify the role of commercial auditing in activating barter trade in southern Algeria. Following the independence of Algeria, the modern State began to legalize trade across its southern border and issued the joint ministerial decision of 03 June 1968. (Ministry of Commerce and Ministry of Finance) to regulate barter trade between Algeria and the States of Mali and Niger, followed by the first joint ministerial decision on how to make barter trade with the States of Mali and Niger, 14 December 1994, with the inclusion of lists of interchangeable and duty-free items. Through this study, it was concluded that barter trade has the strategic dimensions of achieving the economic, social, political and security development of these regions, as well as enhancing cooperation.
