الشيخ مصطفى السباعي وأراءه الاصولية والفقهية

Abstract

تعد الشريعة الإسلامية من أرقى العلوم على الإطلاق لما لها من حظ في الدراسة وذلك لبعض أصولها وفروعها من طرف الفقهاء القدامى والمعاصرين، وممن اهتموا الشيخ السباعي أجتهد في الدفاع عن السنة النبوية من خلال طرح آرائه حولها لأعدائها،وكذلك اجتهاده في بعض مسائل المتعلقة بالمرأة وبعض مسائل الحقوق والحريات،وبيانا لرأيه في هذه المسائل ،كما تم اختيارنا لهذا الموضوع رغبتا في التعرف على شخصية الفقيه والداعية مصطفى السباعي،وكذلك في تكوين الملكة الفقهية و الأصولية من خلال عرضنا لأرائه،ومن الأهداف بيان لمكانة الشيخ العلمية،وأيضا حصر لبعض أرائه،ومنهج الدراسة الذي اتبعناه لعرض موضوعنا المنهج الاستقرائي التحليلي،كما أن اتبعنا خطة قوامها،مقدمة،ثلاثة مباحث،وخاتمة.
