الأداء الصوتي وأثره في التحصيل الدراسي

Abstract

تهدف الدراسة إلى الكشف عن العلاقة بين الأداء الصوتي للأستاذ والتحصيل العلمي للمتمدرسين كذا العوامل المتدخلة في بناء لغة المعلم بناء على الدراسة الميدانية التي أجريتها بثلاث مدارس ابتدائية أنموذجية وسط مدينة أدرار انطلاقا من التساؤلات الأتية : - إلى أي مدى يؤثر التواصل الشفهي بين المعلم وتلاميذه داخل الفصل الدراسي في تحصيلهم العلمي واللغوي ؟ وتتفرع عنها التساؤلات الفرعية التالية : - ماذا يقصد بالأداء الصوتي للأستاذ وما العوامل المؤثرة فيه ؟ - ما علاقة التحصيل الدراسي بأداء المعلم الصوتي داخل الفصل ؟ - ما العوامل المؤثرة في تكوين لغة المعلم وما أثر ذلك في الاكتساب اللغوي والمعرفي للتعلم ؟ وللإجابة عن تلك التساؤلات السابقة قمنا بوضع فرضيات متمثلة فيما يلي : يؤثر التواصل الشفهي بين المعلم وتلاميذه داخل الفصل الدراسي في تحصيلهم العلمي واللغوي بشكل كبير بحيث أن لغة المتعلم نتاج - تقليده لأداء معلمه داخل الفصل . - توجد علاقة بين أداء المعلم الصوتي وتحصيل المتعلمين الدراسي . - هناك عوامل كثيرة تؤثر في لغة المعلم وأدائه داخل الفصل منها اللهجة المحلية والتكوين والثقافة. ولقد اقتضت طبيعة الدراسة إتباع المنهج الوصفي مع استخدام مجموعة من الأدوات البحثية للحصول على المعطيات الميدانية والمتمثلة في المقابلة الاستبيان والملاحظة . وخلصت الدراسة إلى للأداء الصوتي للمعلم تأثير مباشر في عملية اكتساب المتعلم خلال مرحلة التعليم الابتدائي وبالتالي فإن أي سلوك لغوي من المعلم مهما كانت طبيعته إيجابي أو سلبي يظهر أثره الكبير في المتعلم من خلال تواصله مع معلمه وزملائه داخل القسم .

The study aims to reveal the relationship between the vocal performance of the teacher and the educational achievement of the students, as well as the factors involved in building the language of the teacher based on the field study that I conducted in three typical primary schools in the center of Adrar city, based on the following questions: To what extent does oral communication between the teacher and his students in the classroom affect their academic and linguistic achievement ? The following sub-questions are derived from it: What is meant by the teacher's vocal performance and what are the factors affecting ? What is the relationship between academic achievement and the performance of the vocal teacher in the classroom? -What are the factors affecting the formation of the teacher’s language and what is the impact of this on the linguistic and cognitive acquisition of learning? To answer these previous questions, we put forward the following hypotheses: Oral communication between the teacher and his students in the classroom affects their academic and linguistic achievement greatly, as the learner's language is the product of his imitation of his teacher's performance in the classroom. There is a relationship between the teacher's vocal performance and the learners' academic achievement. -There are many factors that affect the teacher's language and performance in the classroom, including the local dialect, training and culture. The nature of the study necessitated following the descriptive approach with the use of a set of research tools to obtain field data represented in the interview, questionnaire and observation. The study concluded that the teacher’s vocal performance has a direct impact on the learner’s acquisition process during the primary education stage, and therefore any linguistic behavior of the teacher, regardless of its positive or negative nature, shows its great impact on the learner through his communication with his teacher and colleagues within the department.
