دور سياسة المرافقة في تحسين اداء المؤسسات الناشئة

Abstract

نهدف من خلال هذه الدراسة الى توضيح وبيان دور واهمية المؤسسات الناشئة في بناء الاقتصاد ، لأنها تعتبر المحرك الاساسي والفعال لعجلة النمو ،حيث تركز اغلب الدول المتطورة على توفير الدعم والمرافقة و التمويل الازم لضمان بقاء واستمرارية هذه المؤسسات الناشئة خاصة في المراحل الاولى من الانجاز، ولدراسة واقع المؤسسات الناشئة في الجزائر قمنا بجلب المعلومات الاساسية من الوكالة الوطنية لدعم وتنمية المقاولتية ANADE.

Through this study, we aim to clarify and indicate the role and importance of emerging institutions in the construction of the economy, because they are considered the main and effective engine of growth, where most of the developed countries focus on providing the support, accompaniment and financing necessary to ensure the survival and continuity of these emerging institutions, especially in the early stages of ANADE
