المعرفة التشاركية ودورها في تحقيق التميز التنظيمي الدور الوسيط لتكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف إلى مدى تشاركية المعرفة بين الاساتذة في الجامعة وفهم وتحديد دور تشاركية المعرفة في تحقيق التميز التنظيمي لهذه الجامعة ودور تكنولوجيا المعلومات كمتغير وسيط في تحقيق هذا التميز، واختيرت جامعة أحمد دراية بأدرار ميدانا للتطبيق. ولتحقيق هذا الهدف تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي والتحليلي لإجراء الدراسة، ولاستبانة كأداة رئيسية لجمع بيانات الدراسة حيث تم تصميم إستبانة مكونة من جزئين حيث يحتوي الجزء الأول على المعلومات الشخصية لأفراد عينة الدراسة والجزء الثاني يتضمن ثلاث محاور لمتغيرات الدراسة والذي يتكون من 60 فقرة، وتم توزيعها على عينة من الاساتذة في جامعة احمد دراية بأدرار، حيث اعتمدنا على عينة عشوائية البالغ حجمها في حين تم استرجاع استمارة فكانت منها 8 غير صالحة للتحليل، وتم تحليل البيانات المتحصل عليها بواسطة برنامج ( SPSS) و (PROCESS). ومن أهم النتائج التي تم التوصل اليها على انه يوجد دور كبير وايجابي لتكنولوجيا المعلومات كمتغير وسيط في توضيح دور المعرفة التشاركية في تحقيق التميز التنظيمي في المؤسسة عينة الدراسة.

The study aimed to identify the extent of knowledge sharing among professors at the university and to understand and define the role of knowledge sharing in achieving organizational excellence for this university and the role of information technology as a mediating variable in achieving this distinction. Ahmed Deraya University in Adrar was chosen as a field of application. To achieve this goal, the descriptive and analytical approach was used to conduct the study, and a questionnaire was used as a main tool for collecting study data, as a two-part questionnaire was designed, where the first part contains the personal information of the study sample members and the second part includes three axes of the study variables, which consists of 60 paragraphs, and was distributed On a sample of professors at Ahmed Deraya University in Adrar, where we relied on a random sample of its size, while a questionnaire was retrieved 8 of which were not valid for analysis, and the data obtained were analyzed by the (SPSS) and (PROCESS) program. Among the most important results that have been reached is that there is a large and positive role for information technology as a mediating variable in clarifying the role of participatory knowledge in achieving organizational excellence in the institution of the study sample.
