أثر توظيف رأس المال الفكري الأخضر على الأداء البيئي لمنظمات الأعمال الاقتصادية

Abstract

يسعى هذا البحث لتحديد مدى تأثير توظيف رأس المال الفكري الأخضر على الأداء البيئي لشركة سونلغاز ومن أجل تحقيق ذلك قمنا بدراسة ميدانية لشركة سونلغاز وبتوزيع 100 استبيانة على عينة مستهدفة (وحدة الإنتاج ووحدة التوزيع) من العمال شركة سونلغاز وتم استرجاع 82 استبيانة بمعدل 82% وقد كانت صالحة للدراسة بنسبة 100% من عدد الاستبيانة المرجعة. في الجانب النظري تطرق البحث إلى قابليات معرفية عن رأس المال الفكري الأخضر والأداء البيئي وأبعادهما . وفي الجانب العملي اتضح أن هناك تأثير إيجابي بين متغيرات قيد البحث وتكمن في تأثير مباشر لرأس المال الفكري الأخضر على الأداء البيئي للشركة سونلغاز، وقد اختتمت الدراسة بمجموعة من التوصيات من بينها ضرورة التعامل مع رأس المال الفكري على أنه أهم مورد استراتيجي تحوز عليه شركة سونلغاز، والمحافظة عليه باستمرار لأنه العنصر الفعال في نجاحها خاصة في ظل التطور التكنولوجي الهائل الذي تعرفه بيئة الأعمال وإعطاء أهمية كبيرة لمكونات رأس المال الفكري منها رأس المال الاجتماعي من خلال تحسين العلاقات مع الزبائن، ورأس المال البشري من خلال التدريب والتعليم المستمر، ورأس المال الهيكلي من خلال تحديث الهياكل التنظيمية والكفاءات.

This research seeks to determine the extent of the impact of employing green intellectual capital on the environmental performance of the Sonelgaz Company. In order to achieve this, we conducted a field study for the Sonelgaz Company and distributed 100 questionnaires to a target sample (the production unit and the distribution unit) of Sonelgaz company workers. 82 questionnaires were retrieved at a rate of 82%. Valid for the study 100% of the number of the returned questionnaire. On the theoretical side, the research touched on cognitive capabilities about green intellectual capital and environmental performance and their dimensions. On the practical side, it became clear that there is a positive effect between the variables under consideration and lies in the direct impact of green intellectual capital on the environmental performance of the company Sonelgaz, and the study concluded with a set of recommendations, including the need to deal with intellectual capital as the most important strategic resource possessed by Sonelgaz, And maintaining it constantly because it is the effective element in its success, especially in light of the tremendous technological development that the business environment knows, and giving great importance to the components of intellectual capital, including social capital through improving relations with customers, human capital through training and continuing education, and structural capital through Modernization of organizational structures and competencies.
