فعالية خدمات الدفع الالكتروني للحد من أزمة السيولة

Abstract

سمح التطور التكنولوجي بظهور وسائل دفع إلكترونية حديثة ناتجة عن الأنترنت والتجارة الإلكترونية ، مما جعل هذه الوسائل تختصر الوقت والتكلفة وتحقق مكاسب لم تكن الوسائل التقليدية لتحققها، رغم وجود عيوب لها، خاصة الجرائم الإلكترونية كالاحتيال والنصب وغيرها . وتهدف دراستنا إلى التطلع لمدى مساهمة وفعالية خدمات الدفع الإلكتروني في الحد من أزمة السيولة بالبلد. وشملت الدراسة أزمة السيولة وعلاقتها بوسائل الدفع الحديثة، وتبنت في الجانب التطبيقي ببريد الجزائر-أدرار- صور وأشكال الدفع الإلكتروني بهذه المؤسسة ، واقعها ، وآفاقها وإسهامها في التخفيف من الأزمتين الصحية (كوفيد 19) وأزمة السيولة ، وخلصنا إلى أن لهذه الوسائل دور كبير في التخفيف من تداعيات انتشار الوباء، في ذات الوقت ساهمت في التخفيف من أزمة السيولة بالبلد، معتمدين المنهج التحليلي الوصفي في برهنة ذلك.

Technological development has allawed the emergence of modern electronic payment methods resulting from the internet and commerce, wich made these means reduce time and cost and achieve gains that traditional mrans were not verified, despite the presence of defects, especialy electronic crimes suchas fraud and fraud and others. Our study aims to look to the extent of the contribution and effechivenss of electronic payment services in reducing the liquidity crisis in the country. The study included the liquidity crisis and its relation ship to payment methods in recent times, it adopted on the side of the border in Algeria – Adrar – the images and fromes of electronic payment in this institution, its reality, its prospects and contribution to the curvature of the liquidity crisis. Time contributed to allevierting the liquidity crisis in the country relying on the descriptive analytical method to prove this.
