Abstract

تهدف الدراسة إلىإبراز دور مراقبة التسيير في تحسين أداء المؤسسات الناشئة في ظل التحولات التي تشهدها بيئة أعمال المنظمات, وما تميزت به من تسارع في الأحداث جعل الاعتماد على أدوات مراقبة التسيير في تقييم الأداء لابد منه داخل المؤسسة, ومن أهم النتائج التي توصلت إليها أن تقييم الأداء باستعمال بطاقة الأداء المتوازن ولوحة القيادة يعتبر التقييم الأمثل والأفضل للوصول إلى النتائج المسطر إليها من طرف المؤسسة.
