أثر تقلبات أسعار البترول على الموازنة العامة بالجزائر

Abstract

يعتير موضوع تقلبات اسعار اليترول في الوقت الحتضر احد الظواهر التي تواجه معظم دول العالم وبالاخص الاقتصاديات البترولية والجزائر باعتبارها دولة يترولية تتأثر بهده الظاهرة وعليه كانت محل بحثنا حيث تم قياس اثر تقلبات اسعار البترول على الموازنة العامة في الجزائر للفترة الممتدة ما بين 1980 – 2020 من خلال جانب نظري حول الموازنة العامة واسعار البترول وتحليل اثر العلاقة بينهما وجانب تطبيقي قمنا فيه بتحليل تطورات الموازنة العامة (النفقات والايرادات ) واسعار البترول في الجزائر للفترة 1980-2020 واجراء دراسة قياسية باستعمال نمودج الانحدار الذاتي للفجوات الزمنية الموزعة. حيث تم من خلال هذه الدراسة توضيح المنهج التحليلي والوصفي والقياسي .

The subject of oil price fluctuations at the time of death is one of the phenomena facing most countries of the world, especially the petroleum economies and Algeria as an oil country affected by this phenomenon and accordingly it was the subject of our research where the impact of oil price fluctuations on the general budget in Algeria for the period between 1980 - 2020 was measured through A theoretical aspect about the general budget and oil prices, an analysis of the impact of the relationship between them, and an applied aspect in which we analyzed the developments of the general budget (expenditures and revenues) and oil prices in Algeria for the period 1980-2020 and conducted a standard study using an autoregressive model for distributed time gaps. Through this study, the analytical, descriptive and standard approach were clarified
