ضغط البرامج التعليمية وأثره على أداء معلمي المدارس اإبتدائية

Abstract

ان للتربية اهمية بالغة في نفوسنا و للعلم مكانة و للمعلم منزلة و المدرسة تحمل كل هذا و من هنا كان موضوع دراستنا الذي تطرقنا له في نقاط أهمها المشكلات التي تعاني منها المنظومة التعليمية و التربوية هو ضغط البرامج و المناهج التعليمية التي بدورها أثرت على سير و عمل المعلمين حيث اثار اهتمام الباحثين كون هذه المرحلة بدائية و حساسة فمن خلال هذه الدراسة حاولنا التعرف على هذا المشكل و أثره على التعليم الابتدائي بحيث أنه توضح تكرار و المواضيع و الاعادات و العجلة على تكملة البرنامج له اثر سلبي على التحصيل العلمي كون هذا العامل يجعل الأستاذ في حرج من ناحية التحضير و سوء ادارة البرنامج نتيجة الإرغام الذي تضعه الإدارة على عاتق المعلم أو الأستاذ، وعليه من الواجب السعي او النظر لهذا المشكل و ايجاد حلول حقيقية و مفيدة للخروج من هذه الأزمة التي طالما أرقة المعلم و المتعلم وتكييف البرامج بما يناسب المعلم و تنويعها للتقليل من المعاناة و الضغوطات التي تعود نتائجه على التلميذ و تحصيله.
