dc.description.abstract | This study sought to determine the role that competency assessment plays in achieving organizational affiliation in the state employment agency in Adrar. To achieve this study, we projected this study to a field study on a sample of the state employment agency in Adrar, which has 73 members distributed over its annexes, where a program was used. spss to analyze questionnaire data based on statistical tools such as mean standard deviation, correlation coefficient, regression equation and other tests. A number of results have been reached, the most important of which are: There is no significant correlation between the assessment of competencies in its combined dimensions and organizational affiliation in the state agency for employment in Adrar There is no significant effect between the competency assessment and its dimensions and the organizational affiliation in the state employment agency in Adrar. | en_US |
