يعد التلوث الصناعي، من أهم مواضيع نظرا لما يخلفه من مخاطر ايكولوجية. ومشكلة التلوث الصناعي تكتسي أهمية بالغة، كونها أخذت الطابع العالمي مما كسب طابع الجدية خاصة فيما يتعلق بالأساس القانوني للمسؤولية المدنية، عن أضرار التلوث الصناعي ودور المسؤولية المدنية في تعويض ضحايا التلوث الصناعي. واعتماد أسس قانونية لقيام مسؤولية التلوث الصناعي وتحميل المسؤولية للصناعيين على أساس المسؤولية التقصيرية والمسؤولية العقدية
