Abstract

لقد كان وما يزال الفساد من أكبر المشكلات والعقبات الرئيسية الموجودة في حياة الوظيفة العامة والموظف العام .فهناك جرائم ماسة بالمال العام وتتمثل في جريمتي الرشوة وأختلاس المال العام ، وهناك جرائم غير ماسة بالمال العام وتتمثل في جريمتي الغدر وأفشاء السر المهني وكفل المشرع ضمانات لحماية المال العام وتتمثل في المتابعة الجزائية ضد جرائم الموظف العام .

Corruption has been and still is one of the biggest problems and major obstacles in the life of the public office and the public servant. There are crimes related to public money, which are the crimes of bribery and embezzlement of public money, and there are crimes that are not harmful to public money, which are the crimes of treachery and disclosure of professional secrets. The legislator guaranteed guarantees to protect public money, which are the penal follow-up against the crimes of the public servant
