Lignocellulose biomass represents one of the most abundant renewable resources on the planet, and of course the cheapest. Our work presents knowledge on enzymes of microbial and natural origin used in the valorization of agricultural biomass by bioconversion and transformation. We focused primarily on cellulose and pastiness and their areas of application, their economic importance as well as current research on these substances of microbial origin. Industrial enzymes come from plant, animal or microbial sources, their methods of obtaining differ according to their source. Their production requires the preparation of media at lower cost, since the estimated cost of known growth media represents between 30 to 40% of the cost of industrial production of enzymes
