وجوب إقامة الدولة في الاسلام

Abstract

ومن جملة هذه الدراسة يتبين أنه لابد من وجود دولة إسلامية، مرجعيتها الإسلام، تأمر بوجود حاكم يسوس الناس ويقيم العدل طبقا لأحكام الشريعة الإسلامية، فضلا عمن يضلل فكرة وجودها وينكرها بالأصل ويرى أن الإسلام لا علاقة له بالخلافة ، وأنه نظام دنيوي لا ديني، هو ما يؤكده علي عبد الرزاق في كتابه الذي يعد دعاية سياسية لا بحثا علميا.
