السلوك التدريسي الإبداعي لدى معلمي المرحلة الابتدائية و أثره في نجاح العملية التعليمية

Abstract

لقد تناولنا في هذا البحث موضوع السلوك التدريسي الإبداعي لدى معلمي المرحلة الابتدائية وأثره في نجاح العملية التعليمية مدرسة الشيخ بن عومر أنموذجا حيث انطلقنا من إشكالية مفادها : ما هي أهم المهام التعليمية الإبداعية المنوطة بالمعلم في العملية التعليمية  وهل يؤثر السلوك التدريسي للمعلم على مسار العملية التعليمية وكيف ذلك في مقدمة البحث . وقمنا بعد ذلك بالتطرق إلى الإبداع في العملية التعليمية في المدخل بعدها تناولنا في الفصل الأول أهم المهارات الإبداعية في العملية التعليمية والمتمثلة في التخطيط والتنفيذ والتقويم وفي الفصل الثاني قمنا بإجراء دراسة ميدانية حول المهارات التدريسية .

In this research, we dealt with the subject of creative teaching behavior among primary school teachers and its impact on the success of the educational process. The Sheikh Bin Omer School as a model, where we set out from the problem that: What are the most important creative educational tasks assigned to the teacher in the educational process? Does the teacher’s teaching behavior affect the course of the educational process? And how that in the introduction to the search. We then touched upon creativity in the educational process in the introduction. Then, in the first chapter, we dealt with the most important creative skills in the educational process represented in planning, implementation and evaluation. In the second chapter, we conducted a field study on teaching skills.
