الكفاءات التواصلية للمدرسين و اهميتها في التعليم

Abstract

من خلال دراستنا لموضوع الكفاءة التواصلية للمدرسين و تاثيرها على المتعلم خلصنا الى ان الكفاءة التواصلية هي مجموعة من المعارف و القدرات و المهارات التي يكتسبها المدرس و ذالك للتاثير في المتعلمين و انجاح العملية التعليمية من خلال السعي الى توصيل مجموعة المعلومات و المعارف للمتعلمين بطريقة مبسطة و سهلة متدرجا من السهل الى الصعب و دراسة نفسية المتعلمين لايجاد الطرق الملائمة لتوصيل الافكار لكل متعلم مراعيا في ذالك الفروق الفردية التي يتميز بها كل متعلم عن اخر . فكلما كان التواصل ايجابيا كان التاثير ايجابيا . كما ان الكفاءة التواصلية للمدرسين هي اعطاء الفرصة الكافية للمتعلمين و التفاعل معهم و خلق جو تعليمي تواصلي داخل الصف و توفير الجو المناسب و الملائم للعملية التواصلية عن طريق اشراك المتعلمين في العملية التعليمية التعلمية ، كما تعتمد على توجيه انشطة المتعلمين و تقييمها و الوقوف على نقاط الضعف و القوة لكل متعلم .

Through our study of the issue of communicative competence for teachers and its impact on the learner, we concluded that communicative competence is a set of knowledge, abilities and skills acquired by the teacher and that influences the learners and the success of the educational process by seeking to communicate a set of information and knowledge to learners in a simplified and easy way, gradually from easy to difficult and studying the psychology of learners to find appropriate ways to communicate ideas for each learner, taking into account the individual differences that characterize each learner from another. The more positive the communication, the more positive the effect. The communicative competence of teachers is to give sufficient opportunity to learners and interact with them, and to create a communicative educational atmosphere in the classroom. Also, providing the appropriate appropriate atmosphere for the communicative process by involving learners in the educational learning process. We also rely on directing and evaluating learners' activities and identifying the strengths and weaknesses of each learner.
