Abstract

ان دراسة موضوع اخلاقيات الممارسة الإعلامية وحماية حقوق الانسان اثناء تغطية الازمات ازمة اللاجئين بشكل خاص من خلال جريدة الشرق القطرية، يجعلنا في موقف غالبا ما يقع فيه أي باحث يبني مجموعة من الاحكام حول اخلاقيات الممارسة الإعلامية و تطبيقها على ارض الواقع ام ولا، ومن جهة أخرى حول حقوق الانسان وكذا حقوق اللاجئين، حيث أصبحت قضية اللاجئين تفتقر الى شيء من الجدية و الموضوعية التي تطبع القضايا بصيغة الجذب نحو قراءة المحتوى الإعلامي، مما جعلها قضية راكدة لا تحمل في جعبتها أي جديد بالرغم من وجود نصوص وقوانين عالمية بإمكانها تغيير مجرى القضية لما هو افضل وهذا ما يجعلها موضوع مهم للدراسة. ولقد اهتمت دراستنا بأبرز المواثيق والاتفاقيات الدولية التي تحمي حقوق الانسان والتي تبين مكانته في كل الأماكن وفي جميع المجالات، ومن جهة أخرى ارتأينا ان نتطرق الى اهم القوانين التي تحمي اللاجئين من الانتهاكات التي من الممكن أي يتعرضوا اليها اثناء لجوئهم الى الدول المستقبلة لهم او اثناء عيشهم في مخيمات اللجوء، كما قمنا بتسليط الضوء على اخلاقيات الممارسة الإعلامية باعتبارها الراعي الرسمي للتغطية اثناء الازمات من اجل الحصول على مادة إعلامية نزيهة وحقيقية، معتمدين في ذلك على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي وهذا باستخدام تحليل المضمون كأداة تركزت عليها الدراسة بشكل كبير، حيث تم اختيار عينة متمثلة في مجموعة من المواد الإعلامية التي نشرتها جريدة الشرق القطرية والمكونة من 12 محتوى اعلامي، وتتجلى أهمية هذه الدراسة في جانبها التطبيقي و المتمثل في تحليل معالجة الجريدة لموضوع اللاجئين من خلال الأدوار والنماذج التي مثلتها، وكذا من خلال الكشف عن ابرز الصور والقوالب و الانطباعات التي قدمتها المعالجة الإعلامية لموضوع اللاجئين ضمن جريدة الشرق القطرية.

Studying the issue of the ethics of media practice and the protection of human rights while covering crises, the refugee crisis in particular, through the Qatari newspaper Al-Sharq, puts us in a situation in which any researcher often makes a set of judgments about the ethics of media practice and its application on the ground or not, and on the other hand, on the other hand On human rights as well as the rights of refugees, where the refugee issue has become lacking in some seriousness and objectivity that print issues in the form of attraction towards reading media content, which made it a stagnant issue that does not carry anything new in its pocket despite the presence of international texts and laws that can change the course of the case for what is This is what makes it an important subject to study. Our study focused on the most prominent international conventions and conventions that protect human rights and that show its status in all places and in all fields. In the refugee camps, we also shed light on the ethics of media practice as the official sponsor of coverage during crises in order to obtain impartial and real media material, Relying on the descriptive analytical method, using content analysis as a tool on which the study focused greatly, where a sample of a group of media materials published by Al Sharq Qatari newspaper, consisting of 12 media content, was selected. The newspaper's treatment of the refugee issue through the roles and models it represented, as well as by revealing the most prominent images, templates and impressions presented by the media treatment of the refugee issue within the Qatari newspaper Al-Sharq .
