Abstract

كانت الدراسة على مدينة تادمكة ودورها في السودان الغربي, حيث خلصنا من خلالها إلى تحديد موقع تادمكة, إضافة إلى العوامل التي ساعدت على نشأة هذه المدينة, وتطرقنا إلى المسميات التي أطلقت على المدينة, ومنه إلى تاريخ وصول الإسلام إلى تادمكة, وذكرنا التركيبة الإجتماعية ومختلف الأجناس التي استوطنت المدينة, إضافة إلي الدور السياسي الذي لعبته المدينة في منطقة السودان الغربي , وابرز المقومات الإقتصادية لتادمكة, والمتمثلة في الطرق التجارية التي جعلت من المدينة قطب تجاري بإمتياز في منطقة السودان الغربي, وتحدثنا عن الحركة العلمية التي قامت بتادمكة وجهود العلماء السوقيين الذين قاموا بعدة إصلاحات من أجل إزدهار العلم بالمدينة, إضافة إلى الطرق التعليمية التي كان تعتمد في المدارس السوقية, أيضاً تكفل العلماء السوقيين بالقضاء والفتاوى في تادمكة.
