Abstract

تبين الحقائق والمعلومات التي أوردناها في محاور البحث، أن الحاكم العام الفرنسي في الجزائر جاك سوستال، خلال توليه فترة الحكم في الجزائر 1955ـ1956، ناضل من أجل تطبيق سياسة الإصلاحات، بحيث يعتبر مشروع متكامل، يمس جوانب مختلفة منها إدارية واقتصادية واجتماعية، وهذه الإصلاحات جميعها، تهدف إلى إنجاح مشروع بخلق قوة ثالثة ـ إشراك الجزائريين المسلمين ـ في الرقي بالمقاطعة، وإعادة إحلال الأمن، وتهدئة الوضع في الظاهر، وأما في الباطن فهي محاولة عزل الشعب عن ثورتة وحرمانه من منابع قوته.
