Abstract

الدفاتر التجارية الالكترونية ، وسيلة حديثة تساعد التاجر في تنظيم عمله التجاري من خلال تدوين عملياته التجارية في سجلات الكترونية باستخدام الحاسوب ، وانتشر استعمال هذا النوع من الدفاتر بفضل التطور التكنولوجي الحديث واستعمال الرقمنة في مجمل المعاملات ، حيث اضحى من المناسب مسك وتنظيم الدفاتر التجارية الالكترونية لسهولة استعمالها ، غير ان المشرع الجزائري من المتاخرين في الاهتمام بهذا النوع من الدفاتر بالرغم من وجود تقارب بين اغلب التشريعات حول الدور الذي تؤديه . ويعتبر الانترنت من اكثر الوسائل الالكترونية استعمالا ، والسجل الالكتروني وسيلة مناسبة للاثبات في هذا المجال . ولها حجة كاملة في الاثبات ضد التاجر
