Abstract

تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية الى وصف النظام المحاسبي المالي المطبق على المؤسسات والمشاريع الصغيرة حيث ان المشرع الجزائري قد أولى اهتماما بالغا في احترام خصوصية هذا الصنف من المؤسسات التي سن لها محاسبة خاصة بها تدعى بالمحاسبة المبسطة ممثلة في محاسبة الخزينة لتقديم صورة صادقة ووفية عن وضعيتها المالية، وقد تطرقنا في بحثنا هذا الى دراسة ميدانية بغرض الإجابة عن الإشكالية التالية: ما دور المحاسبة المبسطة في إعطاء صورة صادقة عن الوضعية المالية للمشاريع الصغيرة حيث خلُصت الدراسة الى النتائج التالية: - يعتبر نظام المحاسبة المبسطة الموجه للمشاريع الصغيرة سهل من ناحية التطبيق وواضح بالنسبة لهذا الصنف من المشاريع؛ - تساهم الكشوفات المالية التي يقدمها نظام المحاسبة المخصص للمشاريع الصغيرة في إعطاء صورة صادقة عن الوضعية المالية الحقيقية لها

This research paper aims to describe the financial accounting system applied to small enterprises and projects, as the Algerian legislator has paid great attention to respecting the privacy of this type of institutions that have their own accounting called simplified accounting represented in treasury accounting to provide an honest and faithful picture of their financial situation, In our research, we discussed a field study in order to answer the following problem: What is the role of simplified accounting in giving an honest picture of the financial situation of small projects, where the study concluded the following results: - The simplified accounting system for small projects is easy in terms of application and clear for this type of project; The financial statements provided by the accounting system for small projects contribute to giving an honest picture of their true financial position
