Abstract

تتأثر المؤسسات المالية بالبيئة المحيطة ،مما يظهر أثره على نشاطها واستمراريتها ،وينعكس ذالك على القرارات المالية المتخذة مما يحتم ضرورة إعتماد أدوات مراقبة التسيير فعالة من أشهرها لوحة القيادة وذالك بغرض معرفة وضعيتها بشكل دقيق واتخاذ إجراءات تصحيحية في الوقت المناسب . فلذالك جاءت دراستنا تهدف الى معرفة دور لوحة القيادة من تناولنا للعناصر التالية(لوحة القيادة وخصائصها،مبادئ ومكونات ،أهمية لوحة القيادة ) في ترشيد عملية إتخاذ القرارات المالية .فخلصت الدراسة الى أن يكمن دور لوحة القيادة في إتخاذ القرارات المالية في التنبؤ المبكر للإنحرافات والاختلالات الحاصلة ،وهذا من خلال أ ارء الموظفين حول دور لوح القيادة في اتخاذ الق ار ارت المالية على مستوى المؤسسات المالية

Financial institutions are affected by the surrounding environment which shows its impact on their activity and continuity and this is reflected in the financial decisions taken which necessitates the necessity of adopting effective management tools.Dashboard from our dicussion of the following:( elements of the dashboard and its characteristics principles and components the importance of the dashboard )in rationaizing the process of financial decision-making.the study cocluded that the role of the dashboard in financial decision-making lies in the early prediction of deviations and this through the opinions of employees about the role the board leadership in financial institutions.
