جودة حياة العمل وأثرها على تحسين أداء الموارد البشرية

Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد اثر جودة حياة العمل بإبعاده (أسلوب ألتشاركي, التحسين المستمر, الأمن والاستقرار), على أداء الموارد البشرية, وتم تطبيق الدراسة في مؤسسة سونلغاز بولاية ادرار, ونظرا لتجانس وكبر حجم مجتمع الدراسة الكلى فقد تم اقتصار تطبيق الدراسة على الإطارات وأعوان التحكم, والبالغ عددهم حوالي (401) موظف, و تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي, واعتمد الاستبيان كوسيلة لجمع البيانات اللازمة, وتوزيعها على عينة الدراسة باستخدام طريقة العينة العشوائية الطبقية, ومؤلف من (49) سؤال , حيث تم توزيع (55) استبانه, واسترجاع منها (49) استبانه, ثم تحليل بيانات الدراسة باستخدام برنامج التحليل الإحصائي SPSS.

This study aimedto determine the impact of the qualty work life by its dimensions (participatory metod, continuous improvement stability), on the performance of human resources, and the study was applied in the sonelgaz Foundatio in the Wilayat of Adrar, and due to and the homogenrity and large size of the total study community, the application of the study was limited to The tire and control aggents, numbernng is about(401)employees, and the descriptive analytical approach was used, and the questionnaire was adopted as a means to collect the necessary data, and distribute it to the sample using the stratified eradom sampling method, and it is compsed of (49) question where (55) questionnaires were distributed (49) questionnaires were retrieved frm them, then thestudy data was analyzed using the SPSS statistical analysis
