توظيف المعرفة الضمنية وآثرها على جودة الخدمة التعليمية

Abstract

تسعى هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على الأثر توظيف المعرفة الضمنية على جودة الخدمة التعليمية في كلية العلوم الإقتصادية والتجارية وعلوم التسيير بجامعة ادرار، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم توزيع (70) استبان على عينة الدراسة، وتم تحليل (45) استبيان المتمثلة في الاستبيانات الصالحة للتحليل باستخدام برنامج spss بالاعتماد على تحليل ANOVA والانحدار الخطي البسيط . وكانت أهم النتائج المتوصل إليها أنه يوجد أثر دال إحصائياً لأبعاد المعرفة الضمنية على جودة الخدمة التعليمة في الجامعة محل الدراسة عند مستوى معنوية 5%، وفي ضوء تلك النتائج خلصت الدراسة إلى جملة من التوصيات والمقترحات الضرورية للجامعة محل الدراسة من أجل التركيز والإهتمام على تحويل المعرفة الضمنية لدى هيئة التدريسية بالجامعة، والعمل الإدارة بشكل كبير في تحديد المشاكل وتساعد على إيجاد الحلول بطريقة مبتكرة ومستمرة.

This study seeks to identify the impact of using tacit knowledge on the quality of educational service in the Faculty of Economic and Commercial Sciences and Management Sciences, Adrar University. To achieve the objectives of the study, 70 questionnaires were distributed to the study sample, and 45 questionnaires were analyzed which are valid for analysis using SPSS based on ANOVA analysis and simple linear regression. The most important findings were that there is a statistically significant impact of the implicit knowledge dimensions on the quality of the educational service at the university in question at a moral level of 5%. In the light of those findings, the study made a number of recommendations and proposals that are necessary for the university in question to focus on and pay attention to transferring the tacit knowledge of the university's teaching staff, and to work in management to significantly identify problems and help find solutions in an innovative and continuous manner.
