قياس كفاءة قطاع التأمين في الجزائر باستخدام أسلوب التحليل التطويقي للبيانات

Abstract

من خلال هذه الدراسة التي جاءت بعنوان قياس كفاءة شركات التأمين الجزائري؟ والذي حاولنا قياس الكفاءة النسبية لبعض مؤسسات التأمين، وذلك بتحديد الشركات الكفؤة وغير الكفؤة. وقد اشتملت عينة الدراسة 05 شركات تأمين، واستخدمت الدراسة أسلوب التحليل التطويقي للبيانات بالاعتماد على نموذجيه، والاستناد على 03 مداخيل هما: التكاليف العامة، تكاليف الموظفين، الاستثمارات، وفي التعويضات وهامش التأمين كمخرجات. خلصت الدراسة الى أن 03 شركات تأمين حققت الكفاءة النسبية التامة بنسبة الواحد من خلال تطبيق نموذج عوائد الحجم الثابتة، أما بالنسبة لنموذج عوائد الحجم المتغيرة كانت 04 شركات التي حققت الكفاءة التامة، كما تم تحديد في كلا النموذجين الشركات غير الكفؤة والعمل على تحسينها للوصول الى درجة الكفاءة كغيرها.

This study aims to measure the efficiency of the Algerian insurance companies by measuring the efficiency of the ratio of insurance instituations and identifying the infidel and ineffective companies. Through this study, which was titled "Measuring the Efficiency of Algerian Insurance Companies?", If included the threshold of the study on 5 insurance companies, and the study used the method of application andysis of the data in order to measure their efficiency by relying on the BCC and CCR model and based on 3 incomes: general costs, staff costs and forms. The study concluded that 3 insurance companies achieved full efficiency by 100% through the model of constant returns to scale, as for the variable returns of volume medel, 4 insurance companies achieved a relative efficiency of (1), in both models,inefficiencient companies were identified and worked to improve them to reach the degree efficiency
