إدارة أموال المؤسسات غير الربحية في الجزائر

Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة الى معرفة كيفية إدارة الأموال في المؤسسات غير الربحية، حيث تلعب الإدارة المالية دورا بارزا في عمل المؤسسات الغير الربحية، وذلك من خلال التعرف عن كيفية تحصيل المداخيل وطرق توزيعها بشكل صحيح ، وتناولت الدراسة خصائص وأهداف المنظمات الغير ربحية من الحانب النظري أما من الجانب الميداني تم فيه التعرف علـى كيفية عمل الإدارة المالية في جمعية كافل اليتيم بأدرار. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى جملة من النتائج من بينها الجمعيات الخيرية ليست لها خطة عمل أو إستراتيجية واضحة في توزيع نفاقاتها، تحصيل المداخيل جله من تبرعات المحسنين عمل الإدارة المالية في المؤسسات الغير ربحية ليس واضح، عدم وجود التوازن في ميزانية الجمعيات.

This study aimed to know how to manage money in non-profit institutions, where financial management plays a prominent role in the work of non-profit institutions, by identifying how to collect income and ways to distribute it correctly, and the study dealt with the characteristics and objectives of non-profit organizations from the theoretical side, either The field side was introduced to how the financial management works in the Orphan Sponsorship Association in Adrar. The study reached a number of results, including charities that do not have a clear action plan or strategy in distributing their expenditures, the collection of income mostly from the donations of benefactors, the work of financial management in non-profit institutions is not clear, the lack of balance in the budgets of associations.
