دور البنوك الجزائرية في ترقية الإستثمار في الجزائر

Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز الدور الذي تقوم به البنوك عامةً، و دور البنوك الجزائرية منها بصفة خاصة، وهذا في إطار ترقية الاستثمار في الجزائر وفي توجيه عجلة الاستثمار المحلي نحو المشاريع الهامة من أجل تلبية الاحتياجات المحلية والابتعاد عن استيراد السلع والخدمات . و لتحقيق ذلك، عمدت البنوك الجزائرية إلى سياسة تنوع القروض حسب كل حاجة، من أجل بعث مشاريع جديدة أو توسع النشاط الاستثماري. كما تم التطرق إلى الإطار القانوني الذي عمل عليه المشرع الجزائري من أجل توفير آليات قانونية تسمح للبنوك أن تساهم بشكل فعال في تشجيع الاستثمار .

This study aimed at highlighting the role of banks in general, and the role of Algerian banks, including in particular, in the framework of investment in Algeria and in directing domestic investment towards important projects in order to meet local needs and move away from importing goods and services. To achieve this, Algerian banks have led to a policy-making policy according to each need, to send new projects or expand investment activity. The legal framework for the Algerian legislator has also been addressed to provide legal mechanisms to allow banks to contribute effectively to encouraging investment
