التحول الرقمي ودوره في تحسين جودة الخدمة التعليمة

Abstract

يهدف هذا البحث الى التعرف على دور التحول الرقمي في تحسين جودة الخدمة التعليمية في الجامعات , كمحاولة للتوصل الى مجموعة من النتائج والتوصيات من خلال الدراسة الميدانية التي قام بها الباحثان على جامعة احمد دراية محل الدراسة ؛ وقد قمنا باختيار جامعة احمد دراية حيث تمت الدراسة على اساتذة الجامعة , ولقد بلغ عدد الاستبانات القابلة للتحليل 34 استبانة من عينة الاساتذة؛ توصلت الدراسة الى عدد من النتائج اهمها : • وجود علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين التحول الرقمي من خلال أبعاده (البعد المادي، البعد المؤسسي، البعد الوظيفي) وجودة الخدمة التعليمية بجامعة أدرار عند مستوى الدلالة (0.05 ≥ α). • وجود تأثير ذو دلالة إحصائية للتحول الرقمي على جودة الخدمة التعليمية بجامعة أدرار عند مستوى الدلالة (0.05 ≥ α). • لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى معنوية (0.05 ≥ α) لاستجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة تعزى إلى الخصائص الشخصية التالية (الجنس ,السن، المسمى الوظيفي ومدة الخدمة في المؤسسة).

This research aims to identify the role of digital transformation in improving the quality of educational service in universities, as an attempt to reach a set of results and recommendations through the field study carried out by the researchers on Ahmed Deraya University under study. We have chosen Ahmed Deraya University in the state of Adrar, where the study was conducted on university professors. The number of questionnaires for analysis was 34 from the sample of professors. The study reached a number of results, the most important of which are:  There is a statistically significant relationship between digital transformation through its dimensions (the physical dimension, the institutional dimension, the functional dimension) and the quality of educational service at Adrar University at the significance level (α ≥ 0.05).  There is a statistically significant effect of digital transformation on the quality of educational service at Adrar University at the significance level (α ≥ 0.05).  There are no statistically significant differences at the level of significance (α ≥ 0.05) for the responses of the study sample members due to the following personal characteristics (gender, age, job title and length of service in the institution).
