أصول الحنابلة وأصول الظاهرية

Abstract

دراسة أصول المذاهب الفقهية تعد من أبرز المجالات الخصبة التي توضح القيمة العلمية لأئمتنا المجتهدتين ومن تقلد مذهبهم من العلماء، ومنه جاء هذا البحث لدراسة أصول مذهبين من مذاهب الاسلام والمقارنة بينهما ألا وهما مذهب الحنابلة ومذهب الظاهرية، وقد تضمنت هذه الدراسة في بدايتها نبذة حول مذهبي الحنابلة والظاهرية فيها أطوار نشأتهما، وسيرة مختصرة لأئمتهما، تلاها بعد ذلك مبحث في شكل مدخل إلى التعرف على الأصول المعتمدة عند كل من الحنابلة وأهل الظاهر نتعرف من خلاله على تعداد وخصائص كل من أصول المذهبين، والمبحث الأخير جاء للمقارنة بين أصول المذهبين المشتركة من خلال عرض نماذج من القواعد والاختيارات الأصولية المتفق عليه والمختلف فيها بين المذهبين في محاولة منا لإبراز العلاقة بينهما، وفي الأخير اختتمنا بحثنا بخاتمة اشتملت على أبرز النتائج التي توصلنا إليها.

The study of the origins of the jurisprudential schools of thought is one of the most fertile fields that illustrate the scientific value of our diligent imams and scholars who imitated their doctrine, and from it this research came to study the origins of two schools of Islam and compare them, namely the Hanbali school and the Dhahri doctrine, and this study included at its beginning an overview about the Hanbali doctrines Al-Dhahiriya includes the phases of their inception, and a brief biography of their imams, followed by a study in the form of an introduction to the identification of the origins adopted by each of the Hanbalis and the people of al-Zahir through which we learn an enumeration and characteristics of each of the origins of the two sects, and the final study came to compare the common origins of the two sects by presenting models Of the rules and fundamentalist choices that are agreed upon and differed between the two schools in an attempt to highlight the relationship between them, Finally we concluded our research with a conclusion that included the most important findings that we reached.
