تمثلات العامل الجزائري لعمل المرأة

Abstract

تسعى هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة تمثلات العامل الجزائري لعمل المرأة، مع دراسة ميدانية على عينة من عدة مؤسسات بولاية أدرار، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة قمنا بتصميم استمارة لغرض جمع المعلومات ، ثم توجيهها على عينة غير عشوائية (قصدية)، من عمال المؤسسات محل الدراسة، وقمنا باستخدام الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (spss) لتحليل بيانات الاستمارة، كما استخدمنا المنهج الوصفي وقد توصلت دراستنا إلى العديد من النتائج من بينها أن الاعتبارات الاجتماعية والثقافية ليس لها أثر كبير في تمثلات العاملين نحو عمل المرأة، أيضا أصبح ينظر الرجل إلى الأعمال التي تمارسها المرأة خارج بيتها على أنها أعمال عادية وأنه يثق في قدراتها فيمككنا القول أن الرجل أصبح ينظر إلى عمل المرأة بعيون إحداثية فتخلصت نظرته من تلك النظرة التي تضبطها عوامل اجتماعية وثقافية، بل أصبح عملها مكمل لعمله.

This study seeks to know the characteristics of the Algerian worker for the work of women, with a field study on a sample from the institutions of the state of adrar, and to achievethe objectives of the study . statistical data for the social sciences )spss( to analyze the questionnaire data, and we also used the link metod,which was born. Our studay reached many results, including that the social and cultural considerations of workers towards the work of women.they are normal works and that he trusts in my destiny that we can say that the man looked at the intended work with coordine eyes ,so his gawe got rid of that view that was controlled by soical and work became complementary to his work.
