الحراك الشعبي الجزائري في الصحف التونسية

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة الى التعرف على كيفية المعالجة الاعلامية لقضية الحراك الشعبي الجزائري ، وذلك من اجل دراسة قضايا الجزائر ومعرفة مصير البلاد استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي بالاعتماد على اداة التحليل المضمون خلال الفترة الممتدة من23/03/2019 الى 08/06/2019 بالاعتماد على جريدة الصريح التونسية في معرفة تفاصيل مجريات الحراك الشعبي الجزائري وكيفية معالجته اعلاميا من طرف صحفهم . توصلت هذه الدراسة الى ان الصحافة عملة لوجهين مختلفين بهدف موحد لخدمة الرأي العام وتوجيهه لما يخدم الشأن العام .كما انه لعب دورا اساسيا في رصد مختلف التغيرات السياسية في دول العالم العربي الخارج نطاقه او خارج نطاقه الدولي ،اد ان الاعلام التونسي خصص زاوية كبيرة له لتتبع ما يحدث . كما اقترحت الدراسة على ان الاهتمام الكبيرالذي قامت به جريدة الصريح التونسية من بين الامور التي يجدر التشجيع لها وهذا ما هو بارز من خلال العمل المنسق مع مختلف اجهزة الدولة المختصة بشؤون البلاد لتفادي اي مشاكل بمعنى الحرص على تناول موضيع مماثلة لموضوعنا شريطة اتباع الاجراءات القانونية اللازمة، كما انه يجب الاستعانة بخبراء ومتخصصين في المجال لمنح اكثر تفسير وتحليل بدل التغطية الاخبارية فقط .

This study aims to identify the media treatment of the Algerian popular movement through the Tunisian press, this is done in order to study the issues of Algeria and know the country’s fate. This study used the descriptive and analytical approach relying on the content analysis tool during the period from 23/03/2019 to 00/00/00 through relying on the Tunisian newspaper Al-Sarih to know the details of the Algerian popular movement and how to deal with it in the media in the newspaper sample study. This study concluded that the press is a two-sided professional currency with a unified aim to serve the public opinion and direct it to serve the public affairs. Moreover, it has played a fundamental role in monitoring the various political changes in the countries of the Arab world, as the Tunisian media which has devoted a large angle to track the movement in Algeria. The study came out with a set of recommendations, including that the newspaper should have a space dedicated to discuss and deal with such topics, and experts and specialists in the field should be sought to give the most interpretation and analysis of the news coverage allowance only in coordination with the state agencies concerned with the affairs of the country.
