Abstract

إنَ فقدان البصر لا يحرم الطفل الكفيف إلاَّ من معرفة الألوان والأضواء وبعض الأمور التي يمكنه الاستغناء عنها كونها لا تؤثر كثيرًا على حياته العامة، لذا فبإمكانه تحصيل ما يحصل عليــه الطفل المبصر من التعليم، ولـذلك يستطيــع الطفل الكــفيف تلقــي الإرشادات والتوجيهات من معلمه دون عناء، بطريقة مكيفة باستخدام خط "برايل" الذي يعتبر الركيزة الأولى لتعليمه شتى المعارف, ولا ننسى في ذلك المران وممارسة المهارات الأربع المحادثة والاستماع والقراءة والكتابة.

The loss of vision does not de prive the blind child except from knowing the colors lights and some things that he can dispense with because it does not greatly affect his general life, so he can obtain what the sighted child gets from education, and therefore the blind child can receive instruction and directions from his teacher without effort in an adapted way. Braille line, which is the first pillar of his teaching of various knowledge, and we do not forget in this exercise and practice the four skills: conversation, listening, reading, and writing.
