دور التمكين الإداري في تنمية رأس المال الفكري بالمؤسسات العمومية

Abstract

سعت الدراسة إلى التعرف على دور التمكين الإداري في تنمية رأس المال الفكري من خلال تحديد العلاقة بين أبعاد التمكين الإداري المتمثل في (امتلاك المعرفة والمهارة، الاتصال ومشاركة المعلومات، الاستقلالية وحرية التصرف) وتنمية رأس المال الفكري، وقد تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي وأسلوب التحليل كونه مناسب لموضوع الدراسة كما تم جمع المعلومات الميدانية عبر تصميم إستبانة مكونة من (35) فقرة وزعت على عينة مكونة من (277) عامل بالمؤسسات الصحية بالولاية المنتدبة تيميمون بحيث استرجعت (267) استمارة ولمعالجة البيانات الموجودة ضمنها اعتمدنا على برنامج التحليل الإحصائي (Spss). ومن أهم النتائج التي توصلت إليها الدراسة: - وجود علاقة ارتباط متوسطة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين أبعاد التمكين الإداري وتنمية رأس المال الفكري بالمؤسسات الصحية بالولاية المنتدبة تيميمون. - وجود أثر دال إحصائياً للتمكين الإداري على تنمية رأس المال الفكري بالمؤسسات الصحية للولاية المنتدبة تيميمون. - عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى معنوية 0.05 α ≤ بين استجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة تعزى إلى الخصائص الشخصية (السن، المستوى التعليمي، عدد سنوات العمل).

The studay sought to identify the role of administrative empowerment in the development of intellectual capital by identifying the relationship between the dimensions of administrative empowerment (Knowledge and skill ownership, communication and information sharing, autonomy and discretion, rewards) and intellectual capital development, the descriptive approach and analysis method was based on the subject-matter and field information was collected through a resolution design of (35) paragraphs distributed to a sample of (277) workers in the state health institution of timimone, where (267) forms wrer recovered and the data processing within which we relied on the statistical analysis program (spss(. The findings of the study: - There is a medium correlation relationship with statistical significance between the dimensions of administrative empowerment and the development of intellectual capital in health institutions in the mandated state of Timimoun. . The statistical impact of administrative empowerment on intellectual capital development health institutions of the state of timimoun. - There were no statistically significant differences at the level of significance 0.05 between the responses of the members of the study sample due to personal characteristics (age, educational level, number of years of work).
