الرضا عن التخصص الدراسي وعلاقته بدافعية الإنجاز

Abstract

تهدف الدراسة الحالية للكشف عن العلاقة بين الرضا عن التخصص الدراسي ودافعية الإنجاز لدى طلبة الجامعة سنة الأولى لسانس بجامعة أحمد دراية أدرار. حيث تم الدراسة الميدانية بجامعة أحمد دراية بأدرار على عينة مكونة من (150) طالب من قسم العلوم الاجتماعية وقسم العلوم الإسلامية وقسم رياضيات و إعلام آلي، وبعد تطبيق المقاييس تمت المعالجة الإحصائية للنتائج المتحصل عليها وفق برنامج "SPSS" وخلصنا لى جملة من النتائج أهمها وجود علاقة إرتباطية بين الرضا عن التخصص ودافعية الإنجاز لدى طلبة الجامعة سنة الأولى ليسانس (العلوم الاجتماعية، العلوم الإسلامية، رياضيات وإعلام آلي).

The current study aims to reveal the relationship between satisfaction with academic specialization and achievement motivation among first-year university students at Ahmed Derayah Adrar University. Where the field study was conducted at Ahmed Deraya University in Adrar on a sample consisting of (150) students from the Department of Social Sciences, the Department of Islamic Sciences and the Department of Mathematics and Computer Information. After applying the measures, the statistical treatment of the results obtained was carried out according to the "SPSS" program. A correlation between satisfaction with specialization and achievement motivation among first-year university students with a BA (social sciences, Islamic sciences, mathematics and computer science).
