الخصائص السوسيولوجية والوظيفية لطالبي العطل المرضية

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة الخصائص السوسيولوجيا والوظيفية التي يمتاز بها طالبي العطل المرضية،منطلقين من التساؤول الرئيسي: ما هي الخصائص السوسيولوجية والوظيفية لطالبي العطلة المرضية؟ تضمنت الدراسة جانب نظري وجانب ميداني تطبيقي بإتباع المنهج الوصفي التحليلي وطبقة هذه الدراسة على طالبي العطل المرضية مابين شهر مارس2019 ومارس 2020 المسجلين لدى الصندوق الوطني للتأمينات الاجتماعية للعمال الأجراء وكالة ادرار مركز الدفع والمراقبة الطبية أولف والمقيمين ببلدية أولف معتمدين في جمع البيانات على أداة الاستمارة التي وزعت على عينة حجمها 74 عامل،كما استعنا بالملاحظة والمقابلة في بعض الأحيان ومن اهم النتائج المتوصل اليها: - المبحوثين يغلب عليها جنس الإناث، والمستوى التعليمي الغالب هو الثانوي وجلهم متزوجين وينتمون لأسر نووية، و الرتبة العائلية للمبحوثين في الغالب بين الأكبر والثاني في ترتيب العائلة ويقطن معظمهم ضمن إقليم المدينة وبسكنات خاصة. - أما الخصائص الوظيفية لعينة فنجد أن الخبرة المهنية تتراوح من خمسة إلى عشر سنوات كما أن الأجر ينحصر في الغالب بين 20.000.00 و60.000.00دج ومعظم المبحوثين ينتمون لقطاع التربية أما طبيعة علاقة العمال مع المسؤول فتمتاز كونها جيدة أحيانا وعادية أحيانا أخرى بخلاف علاقة العمال مع زملائهم التي تمتاز بأنها جيدة في أغلب الأحيان.

This study aims to find out the sociological and functional characteristics of those who are on sick holidays, starting from the main question: What are the sociological and functional characteristics of those on sick leave? The study included a theoretical and applied field aspect following the descriptive analytical approach and the layer of this study on the applicants of sick holidays between March 2019 and March 2020 registered with the National Fund for Social Insurance for Wage Workers Agency management center payment and medical control AOULEF and residents of the municipality of AOULEF relying on the data collection tool on the tool of the form distributed to a sample of 74 workers, as we used observation and interview in some cases and the most important findings: - The researchers are predominantly female, the predominant lycy level of education is secondary and most of them are married and belong to nuclear families, and the family rank of the researchers is mostly between the oldest and second in the family order and most of them live within the city territory and with private residences. - The functional characteristics of a sample are that professional experience ranges from five to ten years and the wages are often limited to between 20,000.00 and 60,000.00. Most of the researchers belong to the education sector, and the nature of the workers' relationship with the official is characterized by being good at times and sometimes normal other than the relationship of workers with their colleagues, which is often good.
