التكوين وانعكاسه على الأداء ا لبيداغوجي " ا لتربوي" لدى أساتذة التعليم الإبتدائي

Abstract

تنازلت هذه الدراسة موضوع تكوين المعلمين والذي يكتسب اهمية بالغة، فالتكوين يعتبروسيلة من الوسائل المستخدمة التي تتهج من أجل تحسين اداء المعلمين وتحسين مستواتهم المعرفي والتربوي في المدراس الابتدائية، وتم استخدم في هذا البحث منهجة توزويع الاستبيان على المبحوثين حول دور التكوين في تحسين أدائهم المهني وقد خلصت الدراسة في الأخير لأن التكوين يتكسي اهمية بالغة في تحسين اداء العاملين واعطائهم دفعا بارزا في تكوين التربوية والمعرفي مما يسهل عملهم واقتناهم .

This study concedes the issue of teacher training, which is of great importance. Training is one of the means used to improve the performance of teachers and improve their level of knowledge and education in elementary schools. The methodology for distributing a questionnaire to the respondents on the role of training in improving their professional performance was concluded in this study. Finally, the study is because training is of great importance in improving the performance of workers and giving them a prominent impetus in the educational and cognitive formation, which facilitates their work and their acquisition.
