Etat de gestion de la filière du lait dans la wilaya d’Adrar

Abstract

في هذا العمل قمنا بدراسة حالة تسير شعبة الحليب في ولاية ادرار انطلاقا من دراسة كل جزاء من الشعبة لتحديد العلاقة مع بعضها . حيث قمنا بتحقيق ميداني انطلاقا من المربين مرورا بوحدة انتاج الحليب وصولا الى المستهلك حيث توصلنا الى ان انتاج الحليب ما يزال ضعيفا لعدم وجود مربين مختصين في انتاج هذه المادة الحيوية , وعدم وجود تنسيق بين الفاعلين والمتدخلين على مختلف المستويات الشعبة , اما وحدة انتاج الحليب تعتمد كليا على مسحوق الحليب المستوردة المدعم من طرف الدولة .

Dans ce travail, nous avons mené une étude de cas de la filière du lait dans la wilaya d'Adrar basée sur l'étude de chaque segment de la filière, pour déterminer la relation entre elles. Où nous avons mené une enquête de terrain a partir des éleveurs en passant par l'unité de production laitière jusqu'au consommateur, où nous avons conclu que la production laitière reste faible, car il n'existe pas des éleveurs spécialisés dans la production de cette matière vitale, et il n'y a pas de coordination entre les acteurs et intervenants aux différents segments de la filière , alors que l'unité de production laitière basée totalement Sur le lait en poudre importé subventionné par l'État.

In this work, we conducted a case study of the milk sector in the wilaya of Adrar based on the study of each segment of the sector, to determine the relationship between them. Where we conducted a field survey from breeders through the dairy production unit to the consumer, where we concluded that milk production remains low, because there are no breeders specialized in the production of this vital material, and there is no coordination between the actors and interveners at the different origins of the sector, while the dairy production unit is based on imported powdered milk subsidized by the State.
