Étude Et Contrôle D’un Système De Comptage Dynamique Des Produits Pétroliers Du Touat Gaz

Abstract

تعتبر صناعة المحروقات من اهم مداخيل الجزائر من الجباية و خاصة نقل المحروقات بواسطة الانابيب بين الدول او بين الشركات البترولية وهذا ما يشكل تبادل تجاري بينهم . لحساب كمية تدفق المواد في حالة (( غازية او سائلة)) وجب وضع نظام خاص لحساب هذه الكمية يسمى نظام العد وهو عبارة عن اجهزة قياس تشكل مجموعة موصولة على التسلسل تربط هذه الاجهزة مع قاعة المراقبة بواسطة الاسلاك مع خزائن واجهزة الأعلام الالي و حاسبات لعد التدفق وكذلك للتحكم في صمامات الفتح والغلق وكذلك تستعمل للمعاينة والصيانة و تجنب الاخطار .وبما انا هناك تبادل تجاري كان لابد من سلطة قانونية لمراقبة اجهزة القياس ومعايرتها وحساب الأخطاء مع الترخيص بمجال اقصى مسموح به في قبول الأخطاء. من خلال انجازنا لهذا العمل وضعنا نطام لضبط التدفق بواسطة صمامات فعالة مع الأخذ بعين الاعتبار التأثيرات الخاصة في مجال الضبط

Les de l'industrie des hydrocarbure sont plus importants en Algérie et en particulier le transport de carburant par des pipe ou canalisation entre les pays ou entre compagnies pétrolières et c'est ce qui constitue une transaction commerciale entre eux . pour calculer la quantité de flux de matières dans le cas de ((gaz ou liquide)) un système spécial est mis au point.Ce système de comptage est constitué par des dispositifs de mesure reliés entre eux pour former un groupe connecté avec une salle de commande (flew compteur SUMMIT ) contituée d’ armoires automatisées et des ordinateurs qui gèrent le comptage du flux et le contrôle des vannes fermenteur et d’ouverture, et également utilisés pour la diagnostique et l’entretien du système. Puisqu'il y a une transaction commerciale, les instruments de mesure doivent être surveillés et calibrés avec les normes en vigueur pour calcule dans la limite maximale permise des erreurs. En acomplissant ce travail, nous avons utilisé un système de contrôle de débit utilisant des vannes, prenant en compte les effets spéciaux dans le domaine du contrôle.

The hydrocarbon industry is more important in Algeria and in particular the transport of fuel by pipe or pipeline between countries or between oil companies and this constitutes a commercial transaction between them. to calculate the amount of material flow in the case of (gas or liquid) a special system is developed. This counting system consists of interconnected measuring devices to form a connected group with a control room (flew METER SUMMIT) controlled by automated cabinets and computers that manage the flow counting and control of the fermenting and opening valves, and also used for the diagnosis and maintenance of the system. Since there is a commercial transaction, the measurement instruments must be monitored and calibrated with the current standards for calculating within the maximum allowable error limit. By completeing this work, we used a flow control system using valves ; taking into account special effects in the field control.
