Abstract

تعتبر المصارف الإسلامية مؤسسات مالية تحكمها أسس الشريعة الإسلامية حيث تساهم في تحقيق التنمية الإقتصادية من خلال استثمارها المباشر في مجالات الاقتصاد الحقيقي وأثبتت نجاحها في جذب المدخرات وتلبية احتياجات المتعاملين وتحقيق مصالحهم. كما ساهمت في تحقيق نجاح كبير في تطوير عملها، من خلال تبني صيغ تمويلية مناسبة وتطوير منتجات الهندسة المالية في إطار يجمع بين المصداقية الشرعية والكفاءة الاقتصادية. ومن هنا تأتي هذه الدراسة لتبرز مفهوم الهندسة المالية الإسلامية ومنتجاتها. ودورها في تطوير المصارف الإسلامية من خلال لتعرض للنقاط التالية: - التعرف على المصارف الإسلامية. - التعرف على البديل الإسلامي للهندسة المالية. - التعرف على منتجات الهندسة المالية الإسلامية ومزايا تطبيقها في المصارف الإسلامية - إبراز دور منتجات الهندسة المالية الإسلامية في تطوير المصارف الإسلامية.

Islamic banks are considered financial institutions governed by the foundations of Islamic law, as they contribute to achieving economic development through direct investment in the real economy fields and have proven successful in attracting savings, meeting the needs of clients and achieving their interests.
