Etude de comportement de quelques lignées de Blé tendre (Triticum aestivum L) Issues des croisements entre variétés locales et autres importées

Abstract

يعتبر القمح اللين من بين الزراعات الكبرى في العالم, ولأهميته في إنتاج الدقيق وتحضير الكثير من المعجنات منها الحلويات والمرطبات والمعكرونيات, ولذا قمنا بدراسة نوعية هذا القمح و أصنافه دراسة( 15 نوع من القمح اللين ) وتهجينه مع أصناف أخرى مستوردة .

Le blé tendre est considéré comme l'une des principales cultures au monde, et pour son importance dans la production de farine et la préparation de nombreuses pâtisseries, y compris des bonbons, des rafraîchissements et des macaronis, et nous avons donc étudié la qualité de ce blé et de ses variétés, en étudiant ) 15 types de blé tendre( et en l'hybridant avec d'autres variétés importees.
